Hmmm... it's open source so many people will find a way around that easily. I also asked about a system to 'pull the plug' at our discretion on a site. ie, if a site is promoting terrorism/hate messages/racism, we don't want to be affiliated, so could effectively shut their site down...

This is good , but if someone will find this thing he will easely know how to shut down sites working on eocms =/

No i will not make a system to disable eoCMS if the copyright is removed as people could just remove the code which disables it so its just a waste of time and nor will i add a system to disable someones site

forget it, it aint gonna happen, you need to get used to the idea of "cant please all the people all the time".

I am sure that a modified admin section with "powered by" options will help the "main" topic of this thread, and I dont see why a "this site is not endorsed by the software developers" (or "this site goes against eoCMS ethics" if you dont mind being known) internal switch could be added

but that in itself requires "responsable usage".

remind yourselves about WHY people are labled terrorist, racist, etc.. like everyones cms, they are unhappy with the "status quo"
