Changed the captcha. It now includes audio and ability to refresh the image if you cant read what it says. Will update the site soon with the latest captcha

Feeds have been added. Feeds are outputted in either rss 0.92 or JSON (JavaScript). I have also began to add SEO support. For topics and boards it displays key words and description

I have found a bug with the offline/online. It wont work because of the SQLite compatibility. timestamp column is a named MySQL function so it needs to be changed
